ACATSS has a team of highly experienced investigators who have conducted many aviation Incident Investigations across Australia and overseas covering both fixed and rotary wing operations. We can assist an organisation that is not equipped to carry out an effective internal Incident Investigation, or requires a level of independence. We can provide rapid response teams to carry out on-site investigations.

Our scope includes flight operations, ground operations and maintenance.

We are also able to investigate an incident or accident on behalf of insurance companies, or other legal bodies that require information of what has caused an incident or accident.
